Keith Martin

Keith E. Martin, RPA, FMA, served as 2006 BOMA Atlanta President.

Martin joined Pope & Land Enterprises in 1986 and has decades of commercial real estate property management experience, having also worked for Property Management Systems, Inc. and The Landmarks Group. His experience includes property accounting, on-site management, systems design and maintenance, budgeting and strategic planning, risk management, environmental and life safety, project development, and a broad range of related expertise. During his career, Martin has been instrumental in winning multiple Building of the Year Awards from BOMA. He has also served on the Board of Directors for Players Club Owners Association of Hilton Head, SC; a position held since 1992.

Keith earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Development from the University of Georgia. He also earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designations from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International.
