2009 | BOMA-Atlanta / BOMA Georgia Presidents

Grace A. Bickham, RPA, served as 2009 BOMA Atlanta President.

Grace Bickham began her commercial real estate career in 1990 with a six-week temporary job assignment at the corporate headquarters for Carter & Associates. From there she transitioned to the administrative assistant for 1100 Peachtree and later became the night building manager for two high-rise buildings in Midtown Atlanta. Bickham’s first general manager assignment in 1994 was under the leadership of Rutledge Beacham, a past president of both BOMA-Atlanta and BOMA Southern Region. Bickham credits Beacham for sparking her interest in getting involved in BOMA. In 1995 she transferred to Birmingham with Carter & Associates and managed a suburban office building. She later managed Regions Bank corporate headquarters and the Birmingham area bank branches. While in Birmingham Bickham was involved with BOMA Birmingham, serving as Treasurer, Vice President and President-Elect. In 2001, Bickham and her family returned to Atlanta.

Grace earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International.
