1971 - 1973 | BOMA-Atlanta / BOMA Georgia Presidents

B. Franklin Clark, Vice President of Allan-Grayson Realty Company, served as 1971-1973 BOMA Atlanta President.

Speaking about office vacancies, following the 1969-1970 economic recession, Frank said in the May 21, 1971, issue of The Atlanta Constitution, “A lot of companies are still retrenching from economic pressures.” He described Atlanta’s economic conditions and real estate market in 1971 as, “sort of a depressed market” as the office building market began to rebound.
