Carol Bell

Carol H. Bell, CPM, served as the 2003 BOMA Atlanta President.

With many years of experience in the commercial real estate management field, Bell has overseen the strategic property management and leasing responsibilities of millions of square feet of real estate including office, industrial and retail properties located in Georgia, the Carolinas and Tennessee. Throughout her career, Bell has built an impressive resume including experience in property accounting, on-site management, and budgeting and planning.

Carol graduated from Georgia State University, and she earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
