C. F. Wilkinson

1913 - 1915 | BOMA-Atlanta / BOMA Georgia Presidents

BOMA-Atlanta quickly built a reputation for being a leader among the many local associations in the BOMA federation under the leadership of Charles F. Wilkinson, the organization’s first president. During the 1914 BOMA National Convention held in Atlanta, Wilkinson was elected as Treasurer of BOMA National, furthering the local’s reputation as a national leader in commercial real estate.

According to the February 22, 1916, issue of The Atlanta Constitution, Charles F. Wilkinson was manager of the Candler building at the time and upon his retirement as President of the Atlanta Association of Building Owners and Managers, he “was presented with a beautiful loving cup from his fellow office building managers as a token of their high esteem for him.”
