Kinsey Hinkson

Kinsey Hinkson, RPA, BOMI-HP, with Granite Properties, was named BOMA Georgia’s 2017 Manager of the Year. Kinsey’s supervisor said, “her drive and commitment to excellence clearly evident, and she is a ‘top performer’ in our company.” When speaking of her professionalism, her supervisor also noted that Kinsey has been involved in several of Granite Property’s initiatives over the last five years, saying further, “everyone loves working with her because they know she will do what she says she will, on time and exceptionally well.”

Kinsey has been actively involved in BOMA Georgia since joining in 2007, serving as a member of several committees an at the highest levels within the association, including as a member of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and BOMA Georgia Foundation Board of Trustees. A graduate of BOMA Georgia’s Commercial Real Estate Leadership Masters Program, she has also shared her leadership and industry knowledge by serving as an instructor for the Property Management 101 and Building Engineering 101 classes.

A BOMI Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation holder, Kinsey has also earned the prestigious BOMI High-Performance Sustainable Buildings designation (BOMI-HP), leading to advanced knowledge of how to define, initiate, pay for, complete, and obtain a return on investment for sustainable initiatives within all segments of a building or portfolio.
