Gerri M. Brown, RPA, was recognized with the 2007 BOMA Atlanta Manager of the Year Award. According to the nomination forms received for Pope & Land’s Gerri Brown for the Manager of the Year Award, Brown is “the queen of multitasking” and “the ultimate professional.” One person who nominated Brown provided a laundry list of her many attributes, saying, “She is honest, fair, knowledgeable, hard-working, dedicated and very sensitive to her tenants’ needs.” According to one person, all these attributes make her “by far the best property manager.”
Gerri earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
