“BOMA Georgia’s 2018 Engineer of the Year is a leader and supporter of his colleagues both at and outside of the workplace. As a graduate of the 2018 BOMA Georgia Commercial Real Estate Leadership Masters program, he has taken the time to sharpen his leadership skills, and these skills have been put to use in benefiting the company and property he serves.

In nominating him for this award, one member noted that his commitment to success in unwavering. Another member noted that he is always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. And a third individual who nominated him for this award said they consider him ‘truly one of a kind – committed to bettering himself and those around him in all circumstances.’

Chris is a chief engineer who has accounted for more than $300,000 in cost-savings in the last five years alone, gained LEED Platinum Certification for a 15-year-old building, and currently maintains an Energy Star score of 96 at his property.
