Bill Flynn

Bill Flynn, President of Mallory & Evans Service, was recognized with the 2006 BOMA Atlanta President’s Award.

Bill joined Mallory & Evans Service as President in March 1997, serving as managing partner of the independent HVAC service company that served customers in metropolitan Atlanta.

Prior to joining Mallory & Evans Service, he served as Area Performance Contracting Manager for Johnson Controls from March 1994 to March 1997. There, he managed the company’s commercial building energy solution business in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Bill also served in a sales management capacity for Honeywell from February 1980 to March 1994. At Honeywell, he managed metropolitan Atlanta sales teams that sold commercial building service and installation offerings.

Bill graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1978, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
